It&#8217;s not an unusual sight as people choose strange places to chop their meat for drying and it&#8217;s yak season, but it wasn&#8217;t meat in the centre.  The pile of white fur being held down made me think of a cat, then a feline yowl confirmed it.  Cats are pets in Bhutan, where dogs are generally just a nuisance, and this family was covering their cat in flea powder, while the poor thing could sense the salivating dogs on all sides.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dogs were crowded around a couple of people squatting on the main street this morning.
