Signed Publishing Contract

It’s done. It finally happened! I have a signed book contract. It will be a tough run until the release planned for October, but this is something I’ve been working towards since 2002. If all goes well, there will be others to follow, perhaps starting with a rewriting of Japanese Pond to focus on the the experiences of being an exchange student.

Thanks to everyone who supported me and especially to those who planted the idea in the first place all those years ago.

  1. Ah, congratulations. It’s been a long haul, from Brussels onward, but you stuck it out, and Wanted It, which makes you extremely different from all the other wanna-be’s — the real thing. Good for you. Vincent

  2. Thanks guys. I learnt a lot from BWG which made it much easier to write a good book the second time.

Bosco, I still remember the day it all came together – when it was just three of us looking at the festival chapter. What was the name of that editor? The one who told me ‘there’s nothing wrong with this that couldn’t be fixed with good writing’?

I may still rewrite the Japan book, but focusing on life as an exchange student.
